Welcome to Berlin Memorial!
Welcome to Berlin Memorial School, nestled in the beautiful rural setting of Berlin, Massachusetts. Our school has approximately 200 students from grades pre-K-5. Our classes, including one integrated pre-school class and two classrooms in Kindergarten through Grade Five, are small so that our students receive a great deal of individual attention. In addition, we offer a variety of support services for children with special needs, an enrichment program for students who demonstrate advanced thinking and problem-solving skills, and the specials – art, music, physical education and library/technology.
At BMS, our core values are to respect ourselves, respect others, and respect the environment. We are very proud of all of our students for the efforts they make each day as they grow as learners and leaders.
In addition to our solid academic program, our students have an opportunity to participate in numerous school activities including plays and musical productions, chorus, band, Literacy Night, the Art Show, student council, field day, and field trips. We are very fortunate to be able to offer so much to our students. We also have a parent-teacher organization (LINK, Inc.), a school council, and a support-informational group called SEPAC, for parents of students with special needs. Many of our activities are largely supported by our community and we are grateful to them for all that has been made available to us.
If you would like to learn more about our school, or if you would like to visit us, please contact the school at: 978-838-2417. We look forward to meeting you!
